1、 In the process of acceleration and deceleration, if the instantaneous torque borne by the output shaft of metallurgical mixing equipment exceeds twice its rated output torque, and this acceleration and deceleration are too frequent, the reducer will also break the shaft. Consider the overload capacity of the driving motor and the working torque required in practice. Theoretically, the working torque required by the user is less than twice the rated output torque of the reducer.
2、 The wrong type selection will lead to insufficient output of the equipped metallurgical mixing equipment. Some users mistakenly believe that as long as the rated output torque of the selected metallurgical mixing equipment meets the working requirements, it is not. If there is a problem with the installation of the equipment, the output shaft and its load of the metallurgical mixing equipment are stuck. At this time, the overload capacity of the driving motor will still increase its output. In turn, the force borne by the output shaft of the metallurgical mixing equipment may exceed twice its rated output torque and break the output shaft of the reducer.
During the construction and production of water stabilized mixing plant, there will be faults. The main mixing machine is stuffy from time to time. This failure is mostly due to the mixing failure of the mixing paddle in the mixing host, which drives the stuffy car of the mixing spindle until it stops rotating.
The reasons for this failure may be: (1) the mixing load is large in the production process, and the material hoops the mixing paddle. (2) Secondary feeding problem caused by human operation error. (3) Inaccurate weighing and large gap between the mixing blade or side blade and the inner wall of the tank, resulting in other foreign matters entering and blocking the mixing paddle; (4) The voltage of the mixing host of the water stabilized mixing plant is too low and the power is reduced.
